Now that the State Fair has come to a close, and even though that last pronto pup and lemonade tasted so good, maybe a cheaper date is the ticket, since we spent way more than anticipated. Maybe an indoor theatre would fit the budget and be a relaxing getaway with one of my all-time dream flicks, which has become a reality, it’s “Freddy vs. Jason.” I’m there shakin’ in my boots and lovin’ every minute of it. On the 3^rd of September, laugh your ass off with Dennis Miller at Mystic Lake Casino. P.S. I still think he was cool on “Monday Night Football” . . . Barenaked Ladies at the Cities 97 Concert in the Park. I must admit I do like their new radio hit for a change, something about a million dollars with catchy answer back lyrics - it’s entertaining . . .
