Son of a Gun (formerly D'sturba) is a revolutionary collective of rock musicians who's musical stomping ground is the infamous Sunset Strip in Hollywood California.  Son of a Gun was founded by Cristian D. Sturba (formerly of Zankoma & Vicious Licks) - an Argentinean born songwriter/bass player. Cristian is a celebrated figure in Hollywood's music scene, and is known as one of the most versatile and talented bass players around. A relatively new project, Cristian founded Son of a Gun in late 2009 and took the Hollywood music scene by storm. Members of several bands, such as Cast of Kings, The Shrill, & Bolt Action Thrill, have come together to form this well respected group of musical talent - known for thier strong hair raising vocals and incredible musical ability.  The birthplace of Cristian's band is the legendary Whisky a Go-Go, where most of the band's members had performed over the years. This talented compilation of musicians are the epitome of the Sunset Strips finest.
